Formed by the eponymous Parisian wine merchant, restauranteur and innovative winemaker, it is now part of the large group Maison Francois Martenot. Red wines include village-level Aloxe-Corton, Beaune, Pommard, Monthélie, Auxey-Duresses and Mercurey. White (Chardonnay) wine comes from the Rully appellation, as well as Chablis. There are also a number of Premier and Grand Cru bottlings. The latter include Corton Grand Cru, Corton Les Renardes and Clos de Vougeot.
