Domaine Louis Carillon is a former wine estate in Puligny-Montrachet, widely regarded as one of the finest in the village. It developed a worldwide reputation for its Chardonnay wines principally from that village, despite its modest vineyard holdings â Carillon had just one tiny Grand Cru plot in Bienvenues-BĂątard-Montrachet.
