Domaine des Miroirs is a sought-after producer in the southern part of the Jura region of France, run by Japenese ex-pat Kenjiro Kagami. The wines are prized for delicacy and purity, often showing contradictory hints of oxidative nuttiness and reductive smokiness at the same time. There are two regular Chardonnay releases, and two further occasional ones, plus a single Savagnin wine. A Poulsard named Ja-Nai is the main red wine, while a Trousseau named Que Sera Sera appears more rarely. A blend of the two grapes (Ja Do) was made in the 2015 vintage only. Wines are labelled as Vin de France.
