Producer Information

Domaine de Thalie is a small, 5-hectare estate in Burgundy, France, established by Peter Gierszewski. He started from scratch, purchasing old vines and converting an old farmhouse into a cellar. The estate is located in the hills above Cluny, a natural and historic sub-region of Saone-et-Loire. Peter farms organically and biodynamically, valuing biodiversity and incorporating homeopathic teas and lunar cycles. The vineyard is known for its diverse soil types and west-facing orientation, which contribute to the wines' freshness and lift.
