This release of Port Charlotte cask finish series has been matured in three different parcels. The first in sherry butts recasked into first fill Sauternes casks. The second is second fill American whisky barrels and recasked into second fill Sauternes casks. Lastly, a combination of first and second fill American whisky barrels recasked into first fill Sauternes casks. Peated to 40ppm and using 100% Islay grown barley - a first for the Port Charlotte casks series.
