Nose: Rich dried fruit, treacle toffee, brown sugar, hints of walnut, leather and a subtle sea‑spray salinity.

Palate: PX‑soaked raisins, chocolate cherries, roasted nuts, espresso, and warming cinnamon and clove.

Finish: Long and warming with dark chocolate, prunes and a touch of coastal salt.
