Nose: Redcurrants and strawberry coulis, burnt sugar, and cracked black pepper.

Palate: Vanilla extract and toasted almonds, custard creams, sherried sultanas, and dates.

Finish: Cinnamon and oak spice, tinned pears, pastel de nata.
