The Manta Ray Genesis series is a collaboration between independent bottlers Silver Seal Whisky Company, in Italy, and the East Asia Whisky Company, in Singapore. The series is designed to celebrate the spirit of the revered Caroni Distillery in Trinidad. Distilled in 1997, this oily, full-flavoured rum displays rich notes of mango, honeycomb, cinnamon and petrol.
