Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Distillery Information

Casa Magdalena Rum is a collaboration between the Oregon-based House Spirits Distillery and Ingenio Magdalena, a Guatemalan sugar mill owned by the Leal family, where the rum is produced using locally grown sugarcane; essentially creating an "estate rum" with unique volcanic soil flavors, thanks to the connection between House Spirits CEO Tom Mooney and his childhood friend Luis Fernando Leal from Guatemala, who runs Ingenio Magdalena.
