Don Mateo Blanco Alto Mezcal is an artisanal mezcal made from 100% Weber Blue Agave, a rare variety found only in Oaxaca, Mexico. This mezcal is produced by a small artisanal distillery in the highlands of Oaxaca, using a centuries-old traditional process. The result is a smooth, crisp, smoky, and spicy mezcal with a deep amber color. The distillery's limited supply is a direct result of the extremely long process required to create the mezcal.
