This 10-year-old expression matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt (cask number 291), yielding only 655 bottles at a cask strength of 59.7% vol. Edradour, known for being Scotland’s smallest distillery, crafts its whiskies in small batches, focusing on traditional methods. This release offers a unique insight into the impact of sherry cask maturation on whisky character.
