Nose: Fresh cooked agave, almond, honey, and fresh grass/herbaceous hints.

Palate: Red‑fruited and herbal notes, light sweetness, subtle minerality and gentle smoke in the background.

Finish: Clean to medium length; lingering agave brightness, slight herbal‐sweet echo and a soft spicy tail.

Entre Besos is produced in Oaxaca, focusing on traditional artesanal methods with Espadín agave grown in the region. The brand emphasises purity of flavour rather than heavy barrel influence—hence the Joven expression. The agave is matured, cooked in earth or stone ovens, milled, fermented naturally and distilled in small runs to retain character. Though not as historic as century‑old families, Entre Besos has positioned itself as a modern craft mezcal house rooted in quality and terroir expression—allowing the agave’s origin and the small‑batch process to shine through.
