Nose: Burnt caramel, toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate, seasoned oak, leather, and black pepper with hints of plum and smoky spice.

Palate: Massive and deeply concentrated with molasses, dark cherry, tobacco leaf, charred oak, cinnamon spice, melted fudge, and rich caramelized sugar layered over intense bourbon sweetness.

Garrison Brothers Distillery was founded in Hye, Texas, and became the first legal whiskey distillery in the state after Prohibition.
