Nose: Dried candied fruits (fig, plum), warm oak, gentle vanilla, a hint of leather and cocoa‑dark chocolate.

Palate: Rich and layered — deep dried fruit sweetness and warm spice (black pepper, cinnamon, clove), dark chocolate, robust oak influence, and subtle tobacco/leather tones.

Finish: Long and evolving — lingering oak and vanilla, evolving into soft spice and a mellow leather‑tobacco echo.

The House of Hennessy, founded in 1765 in Cognac, France, has built a legacy rooted in the art of blending eaux‑de‑vie aged in oak barrels. The X.O (Extra Old) category was introduced in 1870 for a blend of older aged cognacs, and remains one of Hennessy’s flagship expressions. This 2025 Mid‑Autumn Festival edition is part of the brand’s collaboration series with Jackson Wang, marking the fourth year of their partnership. The collection aims to fuse Hennessy’s cognac heritage with modern cultural moments — in this case, celebrating a major East‑Asian harvest‑festival tradition and bringing in Jackson’s international appeal to bridge East and West.
