Kimerud's Håvaldsen Triple Cask Aquavit is an enjoyably complex tipple based around a selection of botanicals that includes caraway, coriander, angelica, mint, ginger root, orange and lemon peel. Building upon this, the Norwegian distillers have matured the aquavit in a trio of casks - sherry casks, Madeira casks and French oak casks. This has helped to develop a full-bodied and powerful flavour profile that we're really impressed with.
