"The La Baronne distillery story revolves around Château La Baronne, a family-owned wine estate in the Corbières Massif, Occitania. Founded by Louis Lignères in 1890, the estate is now run by his great-grandson Jean Lignères, a doctor, and his wife Anne, a hydrologiste."
