Distillery Information

Old Dominick Distillery in Memphis is a revival of the historic 19th‑century legacy started by Domenico Canale and relaunched under the Canale family in modern form. The eight‑year‑old Reserve Bourbon marks their milestone first in‑house distilled aged release using barrels set aside from their early production. While the distillery is technically in Tennessee and uses the Lincoln County filtration process on some whiskies, this particular whiskey is labelled as straight bourbon to reflect its character rather than the Tennessee classification.
