Prieto y Prieta de Maiz Whisky Tasting Notes

Nose: Roasted corn, chocolate cherry cordial candy, cinnamon, and almond on the nose.

Palate: A bold palate led by grilled corn—charred husk and all—and earthy, vegetal undertones of parsnip, spinach, and dark chocolate.

Finish: Elegant long-lasting aftertaste.
