Nose: Dried mango and a fresh bag of banana chips. Strawberries and cream, toasting coconut, poached apricots, and an aromatic rummy note finished with a hint of Cuban cigars.

Palate: Toasted coconut, rye sourdough, a touch of star anise, and fresh sappy figs. Dragon fruit and maple syrup move through to condensed milk, butterscotch, marzipan, and nougat, with a cleansing line of spearmint.

Finish: Cantaloupe, a lot of sweet orange juice, canned peaches with a touch of earthy brightness. Coconut, kaffir lime leaf, and the perfumed nuances of a fine green tea.

Distillery Information

Sullivans Cove Distillery: The second-longest-running modern whisky distillery in Australia, Sullivan's Cove was established in 1994, however, changed ownership in 1999. Under the new owners, Sullivan's Cove has won many awards for their whisky, most notably the world's best single malt in 2014.
