Nose: Pear drops, pineapple and lemon sherbet with fragrant lift and clean orchard fruit.
Palate: Smooth and warming with fresh-baked lemon drizzle cake, floral sweetness, light oak and powdered sugar.
Finish: Soft esters with gentle vanilla, orchard fruit, oak warmth and malted barley.

"The "Uncharted distillery story" refers to the founding and operation of Uncharted Alaska Distillery in Ketchikan, Alaska, established by three former public safety officers in a historic fire station. The name reflects their spirit of adventure and approach to crafting spirits. There are also other distinct businesses using the name "Uncharted", including the Uncharted Whisky Company (an independent bottler in Scotland) and a specific bourbon expression called Ingram Uncharted Kentucky Wheated Bourbon (from The Ingram Distillery)."
