Wilderness Trail Distillery Family Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Dried oak with whiffs of cinnamon and toasted rye bread. Honeycomb and cola cubes develop later on.

Palate: Buttered corn, with a pinch of sea salt and a good crack of black pepper. Still enjoyably oaky and warming.

Finish: Grilled tropical fruits, orange peel, vanilla and Sesame Snaps.
