Wolfburn Distillery, located in Thurso, Scotland, is the northernmost distillery on the Scottish mainland. Established in 2013, it revived the name of an older distillery that had operated nearby in the 19th century. Wolfburn’s whisky is known for its smooth, balanced house style, often featuring notes of honey, vanilla, and soft peat, with a touch of fruitiness. Wolfburn produces whisky using traditional methods with minimal automation, ensuring a handcrafted approach.
