Nose: Sweet wafts of toasted vanilla pod and honeyed barley, then orchard fruit brightness and a touch of lemon zest. Campfire ember and dry pine.

Palate: Oak char, creamy malt and buttery pastry with peat weaving in and out. Singed herbs, tarry rope, citrus oils and green apple emerge among toasted coconut and vanilla-led sweetness.

Finish: Salted caramel, oak spice, and a wisp of eucalyptus.
