        Yellow Tail is a large Australian wine producer and brand, owned by the Casella Family Brands. Located in Yenda of New South Wales, Yellow Tail have been producing a variety of wines since 2000. Today. Yellow Tail is one of the largest selling wine brands in the world by volume, and is known for its wide range of single-variety wines from popular international grapes including Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. There is also sparkling and rosé wines with the entire portfolio focused at the value market. The Casella family has a history in the wine industry dating back to Italy in the 1820s. Founders Maria and Filippo Casella relocated to Australia in 1957 and began to producing wine in the 1960s.
